Updates are provided for loans with late payments as they are being monitored manually case-by-case and have a separate process for how debt collection is performed. Nearly every important action is described in the update, such as a promise to make a payment, an update regarding warnings and notifications issued to the borrower, a preliminary update of delay in case a borrower has contacted LANDE providing reason and proof for the delay and any other important issues regarding a particular loan, for example, payment not matched due to wrong payment details or an incoming payment made from a third party and not the one who signed the contract.
LANDE does not share updates in cases where a debtor is repeatedly making false promises. The reason behind it is that debt collection activities such as calls, messages, and e-mails are performed regularly, and situation for the borrower can change every time during reciprocal communication.
