How can I withdraw money from my LANDE account?

Our payment partner Lemonway has two separate verification procedures for incoming and outgoing transactions, therefore, in order to withdraw the funds, you will need to add an IBAN. This process is in place to prevent fraudulent activities and to protect your funds.
To withdraw funds, you need to first add an IBAN, you can do that from your LANDE account Overview section by clicking on the button ''Withdrawal requests''. A new window will open and you will be able to add an IBAN by clicking on the button ''Add new IBAN''.
After that, please insert your IBAN number, your bank name, bank address and add a letterhead from your bank containing:
  • your full name,
  • bank name and logo,
  • IBAN number.

N.B. Lemonway does not request investors to submit any personal information regarding their transactions. To validate your IBAN, only the information stated above must be submitted to perform a manual verification.
