9. Why can't I see my bank?

If your bank is not listed, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

• Your bank does not currently support instant payments (ZIB) required for the Pay by Bank service.
• Your bank is not currently supported by our payment provider.
• The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or a technical issue.

If your bank is not available, you can still add funds using a regular bank transfer.
