Can I cancel a Pay by Bank payment?

Once you have authorised the payment in your online banking, it cannot be cancelled.

Can I use someone else's bank account?

No. Pay by Bank deposits must be made from a bank account registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and may be rejected or returned in accordance with our verification requirements.

Is there a minimum deposit?

Yes. The minimum amount for a Pay by Bank deposit is €1.

Is there a maximum deposit?

Yes. The maximum amount for a single Pay by Bank deposit is €100,000.

Can I use Pay by Bank on mobile?

Yes. Pay by Bank is fully supported on mobile devices. You can securely authorize your payment using your bank's mobile app or mobile banking, depending on your bank.

Which currencies are supported?

Pay by Bank supports EUR (€) payments only. If your bank account is held in another currency, your bank will automatically convert the payment to EUR using its applicable exchange rate. Your bank may also charge currency conversion fees.

Will I receive confirmation?

Yes. Once your deposit has been successfully credited to your LANDE account, you will receive a confirmation email. You can also view your deposit in your Transaction History within your LANDE account.
