10. Why hasn't my deposit appeared?

Pay by Bank deposits are typically credited within one minute.

If your deposit has not appeared yet, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

• Your payment is still being processed.
• Your bank is experiencing a temporary delay.
• Additional verification is required by the payment provider.

Please note that payments made outside of our business hours may take 1–3 business days to be credited to your LANDE account.
